Join us on Friday, September 20th to share experiences with peers in a small group setting. The Operations Roundtable begins with a special site tour to see different operations best practices first hand.

In this roundtable meeting, we will focus on Entrepreneurial Operating System for small businesses, or EOS. 

The site tour will include a presentation from Paul Detlefs, EOS Implementer. Paul will walk us through the basics of the program. Dave Westerman, President of Carbit Paint, will be sharing Carbit's story of how they've implemented the program and their successes/challenges along the way.
