In family business, it's common to have succession planning top of mind. We desire smooth transitions and confidence. Even if the young professionals don't have plans to one day take over the business, it's important that they are successful, happy and growing professionally.

Why is there a gap between generations, and how do we bridge it?

The CFBC welcomes Dave Haviland to speak at Bridging the Expectations Gap — Making Young Professionals More Helpful and Successful.
