About the Speaker:

Dave Haviland is the Founder and CEO of Phimation Strategy Group. He is a strategy and management advisor to family businesses and specializes in topics such as leadership performance, business strategy, and culture. He is also the moderator of the Next Generation Peer Group at the Stevens Center for Family Business.

Prior to founding Phimation in 2007, Dave attended Yale University and was then a leader in operations and corporate development at four start-up companies. He speaks to a number of business associations across Michigan, including the Small Business Administration of Michigan, the Association for Corporate Growth and Ann Arbor SPARK. He is a featured blogger for Crain’s Detroit Business.
