Forum: Inspiration

Chicago Family Business Council: Tell us a little bit of the history behind the company?
Tom Molidor: I started UpKeepers because many of my Molidor Custom Builders clients were asking me for my advice with reliable contractors to service some of the maintenance of their homes. At first, I would refer them to some contractors I knew. But, the more questions they asked; I figured I could help them. UpKeepers started as a maintenance company that turned into a handyman and home remodeling company.
