Is CFBC right for you?
Joining CFBC is like adding hundreds of years of experience to your resume. At CFBC, you’ll find a network of accomplished members eager to share their expertise with you and help you succeed professionally and personally.
CFBC is open to family-owned, closely held and entrepreneurial businesses in the Chicago area. Company CEOs or presidents, as well as emerging leaders and family members involved in their businesses, are welcome to participate in all CFBC activities, including our forums.
The amount of time our members spend participating in CFBC activities varies. While none of CFBC’s activities are mandatory, we encourage members to take part in the events we host throughout the year, including workshops and seminars. Members who participate in a forum are required to attend nine meetings and one three-day, two-night retreat each year.
If you’re interested in joining CFBC, please tell us more about yourself.
After we receive your information, we’ll contact you to discuss your interest in CFBC. We also invite you to attend an informational luncheon or one of our seminars so you can meet other CFBC members and ask questions. After the meeting and follow-up discussions, we will invite you to join CFBC.
Once you’re a new member, we’ll work closely with you to familiarize you with the organization and help you build relationships with other members. Our new members attend an orientation program to get acquainted with CFBC, and we also introduce new members to forums with openings that may be a good fit for them.
If you have questions about joining CFBC, please contact Judy Hogel at email@example.com or (312) 362-7518.
